Overview
The GetScriptErrorLog function finds a specified script in the completed script queue and takes the error log object, if available.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
handle = GetScriptErrorLog ( handle hObject );
Parameters
hObject
A handle to a background thread or to a script.
Return Value
Returns a Log Object handle for a complete background script or NULL_HANDLE on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve a formatted error code. The handle should be closed using the CloseHandle function and it has been used.
Remarks
Only logs from completed background threads may be retrieved. In addition, if the caller waits too long, a completed background thread’s resources may be deleted.
Depending on the operating mode of the IDE, errors from a background thread may be pushed to the IDE when the script engine completes processing.
