Overview
The IsStringPadded function tests if a string contains white space before or after the text of the string.
Syntax/Parameters

boolean = IsStringPadded ( string value );
Parameters
value
A string to test.
Return Value
Returns TRUE if value contains padding before or after the text of the string or FALSE if it does not.
Remarks
Padding is considered word spaces: space (0x20), tab (0x09), newline (0x0A) and return (0x0D) characters. Tab fill characters (backspace 0x08) are also considered padding. Space within the string is not counted as padding.
The function does not check for content other than spaces. Therefore spaces alone count as “padding” even though there technically is nothing padded.
This function has native UNICODE support.
