Overview
The SetApplicationName function sets the application name string.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
int = SetApplicationName ( string name );
Parameters
name
A string containing the new application name. The string cannot be larger than 240 characters.
Return Value
Returns an int as ERROR_NONE or a formatted error code on failure.
Remarks
To change the name of the currently running an Windows application, the name should be changed prior to the frame being initialized and displayed. If set after, the name of the application will be changed but the application frame caption will not changed.
Scripts should generally refrain from changing the name of the application. This function is largely provided for command line/console versions of Legato to allow personalizing applications.
