Overview
The GetPathConnector function returns the connector character (either forward slash ‘/’ or backward slash ‘\’) used within a path.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
string = GetPathConnector ( string path );
Parameters
path
A string containing a path with slashes for delimiters.
Return Value
Returns a string containing the path connector character or an empty string on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
The GetPathConnector function will stop scanning for a path character after the first slash is encountered. The function does not check if the path parameter contains proper syntax or if the path exists.
