Overview
The IsFileCloudEnabled function tests whether the hosting applications support virtual file clouds.

boolean = IsFileCloudEnabled ( );
Parameters
(none)
Return Value
A boolean as TRUE if the application supports file clouds or FALSE if it does not.
Remarks
The ability to support clouds is a function of the compiled hosting application.
