MappedTextGetEditWindow Function
Overview
The MappedTextGetEditWindow function returns an edit window handle associated with a specific index in the edit notification table.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
handle = MappedTextGetEditWindow ( handle hObject, [int index] );
Parameters
hObject
A handle to a Mapped Text or Edit Object.
index
An optional int specifying the index location to test. If not specified, the first edit window associated is returned.
Return Value
A window handle value on success or NULL_HANDLE on failure. Use the GetLastError function to return an error. An empty slot in the table will return NULL_HANDLE without returning an error.
Remarks
Handles returned are those associated with the Mapped Text Object and receive notifications regarding updates and errors.
After the handle value has been used, it can be discarded without using the CloseHandle function.
