Overview
The DataSheetActionOpen function opens an edit action for undo tracking.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
int = DataSheetActionOpen ( handle hSheet, [boolean saveselect] );
Parameters
hSheet
A handle to a Data Sheet Object.
saveselect
An optional boolean value to save the select position as part of the edit transaction. TRUE saves the select information. The default value is FALSE.
Return Value
Returns an int as ERROR_NONE or a formatted error code.
Remarks
In order to use the undo features of the Data Sheet Object, edit transactions must be used. If edit transaction tracking is enabled, this function must be called prior to making any changes to the content of the Data Sheet Object.
Opening an edit action with the edit action already open will result in an error.
