CHARACTERISTICS Resource Statement
Overview
The CHARACTERISTICS resource statement defines information about a resource that can be used by tools that read and write resource-definition files. It is not used by Legato.
The CHARACTERISTICS statement appears before the beginning of the body of an ACCELERATORS, DIALOG, DIALOGEX, MENU, RCDATA, or STRINGTABLE resource definition. The specified value applies only to that resource.

A user-defined value. All data after the statement is ignored.
Remarks
The CHARACTERISTICS resource statement is essentially ignored by the Legato resource compiler. Any text can appear after the statement.
