Overview
The DateControlGet retrieves the contents of a date/time control (“SysDateTimePick32” class common control) as a string in partial ISO-8601 format.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
string = DateTimeControlGet ( int id );
Parameters
id
An int containing the control ID of a date/time control.
Return Value
Returns a string containing the text or an empty string on failure or if the checkbox is not set (see Remarks below). Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
The return format is a truncated version of the ISO-8601 format less the time component or yyyy-mm-dd.
If on creation the DTS_SHOWNONE style bit is set and the the checkbox is not checked, an empty string will be returned..
