The XBRLCreateObject function creates an empty XBRL Object.

Return Value
Returns a handle to an XBRL Object or NULL_HANDLE on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
The XBRLCreateObject function creates an empty object to allow an instance or taxonomy to be built.
