Overview
The IsEmailSetup function tests whether the application’s email services are setup.
Syntax/Parameters

boolean = IsEmailSetup ( );
Parameters
(none)
Return Value
Returns TRUE (1) or FALSE (0) depending on whether the email is setup.
Remarks
A positive return does not mean that the settings are valid or operational.
