Overview
The HelpDisplayTopic function opens the Windows HTML help and displays and index or specified topic.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
handle = HelpDisplayTopic ( string url, [string topic] );
Parameters
url
A string specifying the filename or url for the help data.
topix
An optional string specifying a case-sensitive topic.
Return Value
Returns a handle to the help window or NULL_HANDLE on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information. Note that the Windows API errors are not conventional.
Remarks
Presently only CHM files are allowed. Note that Windows performs certain security checks on CHM files.
