Chapter Twenty-one — EDGARView Integration (continued)
Overview
The EDGARGetLoginCIK function returns the CIK set within the preferences used to login into the EDGAR System.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
string = EDGARGetLoginCIK ( );
Parameters
(none)
Return Value
A string containing the login CIK or empty if not set. This function does not return an error.
Remarks
This CIK is not necessarily used for the filer identification. This is set within a XML for the form being submitted to the SEC.
Password and CCC information cannot be retrieved for security reasons. Use the EDGARHasCredentials to check to see if all credential information has been defined.
