FormattedMoneyToNumber Function
Overview
The FormattedMoneyToNumber function will convert a string containing a monetary value with accounting and/or currency characters to a string containing an integer or real number.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
string = FormattedMoneyToNumber ( string value );
Parameters
value
A string containing a formatted money value.
Return Value
Returns a string containing an integer or real number or an empty string on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
The FormatString %a will also perform the function for integers.
