Overview
The IsDesktopRunning function tests whether the application main message dispatch loop is running.
Syntax/Parameters

boolean = IsDesktopRunning ( );
Parameters
(none)
Return Value
Returns TRUE if the main application message loop is running FALSE if not.
Remarks
After the application frame is displayed, the application will enter into the main application message loop and dispatch messages to windows until the application exits. The IsDesktopRunning function checks to see if the message loop flag is set and returns the return.
Console applications will always return FALSE. When a script is run during the application initialization process, this function will return FALSE.
