GetApplicationFrameWindow Function

Overview

The GetApplicationFrameWindow function returns the handle to the application frame window. If the script is being run from the command line, it may not have a frame window.

handle = GetApplicationFrameWindow ( );

Parameters

(none)

 

Return Value

Returns a handle to the application frame window or NULL_HANDLE (0) if the window is not open. The handle should not be closed.

Remarks

The application frame window is the top-level window to the application. The frame window processes all top level commands and maintains the application ribbon, desktop and status bar.
