Overview
The GetLastXPosition function retrieves the X portion of the position after the last write operation.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
int = GetLastXPosition ( handle hObject );
Parameters
hObject
A handle to an Edit Object or an Edit View.
Return Value
Returns an int as the native X position or -1 on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve a formatted error code.
Remarks
The last position is specifically related to the WriteSegment function with the value expressing the last position of the write (the adjusted end of the segment after the write). If the function is called without calling WriteSegment first, the function will return 0 without an error.
