Overview
The FileTypeStringToCode function converts a file type code to a string token.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
string = FileTypeCodeToString ( dword code );
Parameters
code
A bitwise formatted dword representing a file type.
Return Value
Returns a string containing the file code as a token or an empty string on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
This function performs a basic translation. Version information is stripped prior to matching for the string type. If the type cannot be found, the GetLastError function will return ERROR_EOD.
