Overview
The IsEmpty function tests if an array, list, or table contains data.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
boolean = IsEmpty ( var[] list | var[][] table );
Parameters
list or table
An array of string [or integer] data which must resolve to one- or two-dimensions.
Return Value
Returns a boolean value as TRUE if array is empty or FALSE if it is not. On error, the function also returns TRUE. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
Unlike checking the axis depth, the IsEmpty function checks the content. Strings are trimmed of trailing spaces before testing. Three-dimensional arrays are not allowed.
