Overview
The HTMLPageBreakCreate function creates an empty Page Break Object.

handle = HTMLPageBreakCreate ( handle hSGML );
Parameters
hObject
A handle to an SGML Object.
Return Value
A handle representing a Page Break Object or NULL_HANDLE on failure. Use the GetLastError and GetLastErrorMessage to retrieve a formatted error code or extended error message, respectively.
Remarks
Unlike the map function, this function creates an empty Page Break Object to provide for access to functions such as HTMLPageBreakCreateCode without requiring a map.
