Overview
The WebViewNavigate function forces a WebView Object to navigate to a specified URL.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
int = WebViewNavigate ( handle hWVO, string url | wstring url );
Parameters
hWVO
A handle specifying a WebView Object.
url
A string or wstring specifying a URL to open.
Return Value
An int as ERROR_NONE (0) or a formatted error code on failure.
Remarks
The WebView object will immediately navigate to the given URL. This is equivalent of a user entering a URL into the address bar of a browser. As such any scripting events that may prevent the browser from navigating may occur. The URL should include a scheme and can include speciality browser pages such as “about:blank”.
