EDGARResponseGetIssuer Function
Overview
The EDGARResponseGetIssuer function returns an array containing issuer information extracted from the response message, if present. The issuer data groups are associated with the reporting owners group.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
string [] = EDGARResponseGetIssuer ( string data | handle hMessage );
Parameters
data
A string containing the response message. Or,
hMessage
A handle to a Response Message Object.
Return Value
A string list containing the CIK and name of the issuer returned in the response message or an empty list on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve a formatted error code.
Not all response messages contain issuers/
Remarks
The function expects the ‘ISSUER’ heading in the incoming messages. If it is not present, the function will return an empty table with the error ERROR_EOD.
The key names are “CIK” and “Name” or array entry 0 and 1, respectively.
