EDGARResponseGetOwners Function
Overview
The EDGARResponseGetOwners function returns a table containing ‘reporting owner(s)’ information extracted from the response message, if present.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
string [][] = EDGARResponseGetOwners ( string data | handle hMessage );
Parameters
data
A string containing the response message. Or,
hMessage
A handle to a Response Message Object.
Return Value
A string table containing the reporting owner information returned in the response message or an empty list on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve a formatted error code.
Note that if there are reporting owners in the response message, the table will be empty and last error code will be ERROR_EOD.
Remarks
Data returned in the table is formatted by a row for each owner and associated data. The columns have the following key names:

| CIK | A string containing the reporting owner’s CIK. | |||
| Owner | Name of the reporting owner. | |||
| FormType | The related form type. | |||
| FileNumbers | One or more SEC File Numbers separated by commas. |
Reporting owners only apply to forms 3, 4, and 5 and associated amendments.
