EDGARResponseGetRegistrants Function
Overview
The EDGARResponseGetRegistrants function returns a table containing ‘registrant(s)’ information extracted from the response message, if present.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
string [][] = EDGARResponseGetRegistrants ( string data | handle hMessage );
Parameters
data
A string containing the response message. Or,
hMessage
A handle to a Response Message Object.
Return Value
A string table containing the registrant information returned in the response message or an empty list on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve a formatted error code.
Note that if there are no additional registrants in the response message, the table will be empty and last error code will be ERROR_EOD. Most forms, except section 16, will contain at least one registrant as the primary filer.
Remarks
Data returned in the table is formatted by a row for each message and associated data. The columns have the following key names:
Key Name | Description | ||
CIK | A string containing the registrant’s CIK. | ||
Name | Name of the registrant. | ||
FormType | The related form type. | ||
FileNumbers | One or more SEC File Numbers separated by commas. |
