EDGARResponseIsAccepted Function
Overview
The EDGARResponseIsAccepted function returns TRUE or FALSE as to whether the response message contains an acceptance or suspension.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
boolean = EDGARResponseIsAccepted ( string data | handle hMessage );
Parameters
data
A string containing the response message. Or,
hMessage
A handle to a Response Message Object.
Return Value
A boolean value as TRUE or FALSE. If the function fails to load the message, FALSE will be returned on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve a formatted error code on failure.
Remarks
EDGARResponseIsAccepted does not return any indication of a filing that has been accepted by the XBRL has been truncated.
