EDGARResponseProps Function

Overview

The EDGARResponseProps function returns the primary response information from an EDGAR acceptance message.

Syntax/Parameters

Syntax

string [] = EDGARResponseProps ( string data | handle hMessage );

Parameters

data

A string containing the response message. Or,

hMessage

A handle to a Response Message Object.

Return Value

A string array of named data values or empty on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve a formatted error code.

Remarks

The field names returned are as follows:

	Key Name		Description
	AccessionNumber		Accession number.
	CompanyName		Company name.
	FormType		EDGAR form type.
	ResultCode		Result code as an string representation of an integer. The values are: 1 EM_RESULT_TEST_FAIL            Test Filing Failed 2 EM_RESULT_TEST_PASS            Test Filing Passed 3 EM_RESULT_TEST_PASS_XBRL_FAIL  Test Filing Passed/XBRL Fail 4 EM_RESULT_LIVE_FAIL            Live Filing Failed 5 EM_RESULT_LIVE_PASS            Live Filing Passed 6 EM_RESULT_LIVE_PASS_XBRL_FAIL  Live Filing Passed/XBRL Fail
	TestFlag		Test filing flag as an string representation of an integer.
	ConfirmingCopyFlag		Confirming to paper copy flag as a string representation of an integer.
	ReceiptDate		Receipt date in the format of dd-mmm-yyy hh:mm.
	AcceptanceDate		Acceptance date in the format of dd-mmm-yyy hh:mm.
	FilingDate		Filing date in the format of dd-mmm-yyy hh:mm.
	Documents		Number of documents as a string representation of an integer.

 

Most forms have a primary registrant (or filer). To retrieve the registrants, use the EDGARResponseGetRegistrants. Ownership forms (Section 16) will have reporting owners and an issuer which can be retrieved using the EDGARResponseGetOwners and EDGARResponseGetIssuer functions, respectively.
