Overview
The CharacterToUpperCase function converts a single character value to upper case.

char = CharacterToUpperCase ( char data );
Parameters
data
An char to convert.
Return Value
Returns a converted char value.
Remarks
The ANSI character is employed. Any values above 0xFF (ANSI range) are simply passed through.
