General Items

–  JPEG images that make use of the camera orientation meta data to rotate the contents of the image are now displayed properly within the application.

General EDGAR Updates

Form 144 Updates

–  Increased the maximum number of entries for the Item 3 and Table I from 20 to 40.

–  Increase the maximum number sets allowed for Table II from 20 to 200.

–  The columns “Name of Person from Whom Acquired" and "Payment Date" are now optional if "Is this a gift?" is set to "Yes"

–  Reduced the maximum number of "Relationship to Issuer" entries from 20 to 5.

Form 24F-2

–  Corrected an issue that would not allow for the deletion of the last entry in the series/class list of the Annual Filing Information tab.

–  Corrected an issue that would cause the Series and Classes section of the summary page to appear as a blob of text when creating a proof of the project.

–  Corrected an issue preventing all classes from being listed in the summary page of the proof.

Form 13H Updates

–  Corrected an issue with the background lookup that caused the mailing address and business address to be swapped.

XBRL View

–  The tree view in the library has been updated to show the standard extensible enumeration domain members definitions.

–  The content of any Extensible Enumeration Set will be analyzed prior to export. Any elements in the set that are not part of the standard extensible enumeration domain will be added to the domain definition.

–  Corrected a problem with the XML based XBRL file type tester (the tests determine what kind of file is being opened) that would in some instances cause a crash when opening certain XBRL instance files.

XDX

–  Added a new feature to create extensible lists.

–  Added a number of XDX tagging tools to the menus that appear when right-clicking on an HTML tag within the Page View tab of the Management View window.

–  When pasting HTML with engrams corrected an issue that could cause the precision information to be improperly formatted.

–  Copying an engram will also copy the label, any hidden value set in advanced options, as well as any presentation override.

–  Updated the list of allowed taxonomies.

–  Added check to ensure the Entity Registrant Name does not contain excess spaces or return characters.

–  The tree view in the Library has been updated to show the standard extensible enumeration domain members definitions.

iXBRL

–  Made a number of improvements to deal with various coding styles of XBRL from third party vendors.

–  Added and improved data type processing.
