General EDGAR Updates

–  Corrected the list of forms available on the Fee Offsets page to include 424I, N-2 POSASR, N-2ASR, and SF-1MEF.

Form 144 Updates

–  Corrected an issue where the gray box in the header of the proof would not show if the form was an amendment.

–  Validation will now report an error if the “Nothing to Report” question for the “Table II — Securities Sold During the Past 3 Months” is not filled out.

–  Many changes have been made to how the application stores and handles taxonomy files. While they do not affect the functionality of the software, these changes mean that XDX files (not HTML with XDX coding) edited or created in the latest version of the software are NOT backwards compatible to previous versions. This includes the XDX files that may be embedded in an HTML document.

–  Changes have been made to the format of the cache files used to cache loaded taxonomy information. This will also affect backwards compatibility if a user uses a previous version on the same computer as the newest version. For more information, contact support.
