On January 29th, the SEC released EDGAR Release 24.0.1. This was a minor release that introduced a flag to indicate the inclusion of the new structured filing fee exhibit in applicable filings.
EDGAR 24.0.1 implements the following changes:
- The schema files eis_coreg.xsd, eis_coreg_fee.xsd, eis_coreg_sc_fee.xsd, eis_coreg_serial.xsd, eis_subject_fee.xsd, eis_subjectgroup_fee.xsd have been updated to include new element, ftExhibitFlag.

The upcoming release of the GoFiler Suite will include this change, as well as other tools and editors to support the new structured filing fee disclosure requirements.
