As of 9:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, March 21, 2024, the SEC has resolved the technical issues with its EDGAR System that involved some iXBRL filings. The EDGAR System is now operating normally.
Previously, some iXBRL filings were erroneously triggering DQC rule 98 validation errors. In addition, filings with revision or redaction marking in their inline XBRL were causing errors in Arelle, which resulted in suspended filings. Both issues appear to have been fixed.
