Version 5.22c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains improvements and corrections to Form N-PX as well as some corrections for EDGAR Submission View and an update to the N-PORT forms. Additionally, support for the XML version of Form N-CR has been added to the software. See the release notes for more information.
Please use the Check for Updates function to update your software to the latest version.
GoFiler Complete 5.22c
General EDGAR Updates
– Corrected an issue that would result in the first Series ID and Name not being loaded.
– Downgraded a PDF error about font names that contain the letters “EF” to a warning.
N-PORT Updates
– Updated to EDGAR 24.1.1.u2.
– Item B.6.c can no longer contain negative numbers.
N-CR Updates
– Added support for XML versions of Forms N-CR and N-CR/A.
N-PX Updates
– Added new Export Information Table as CSV/XML functions.
– Added Retrieve Series/Class and the Lookup Series/Class functions.
– Column 11(k) now allows for custom data entry.
– Column 12(l) no longer claims the value “NONE” is invalid when opening a N-PX filing.
– Corrected an issue that would cause the Class ID field not to be displayed in error messages.
– The “How” part of Column 11 (k) is no longer marked as required.
– Column 9 (i), Column 10 (j), and the “Amount” part of Column 11 (k) now allow fractional amounts.

iXBRL
– Added exceptions for non-XBRL prohibited phrases in tags and attribute values for iXBRL files when checking HTML.
