The SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets will hold an open meeting via webcast on sec.gov that will take place on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The meeting is free and open for the public to attend. {expires: 2024-09-19}
During the meeting, SEC staff will consider adopting amendments to certain rules of Regulation NMS pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 that would update the minimum pricing increments for the quoting of certain NMS stocks, reduce the access fee caps, and enhance the transparency of better priced orders.
