General Items
– Added logic to allow file extensions to be entered directly into the Find field on the File Open History dialog.
– Corrected an improvement to Data View paste rows/columns from text that allowed EDGAR templates to be overridden by accident.

– Added the CSS property text-decoration-skip-ink.
XBRL View
– Using a Ticker/Identifier that is the same as a well-known taxonomy will now result in an error.
XDX
– The application will now allow engram code copies from other sources to be used when pasting.

SEC Taxonomy Changes and Updates
– Updated the software to use the FND 2026q3 taxonomy when using FND 2026.

EDGAR iXBRL Fee Exhibit Editor
– Corrected an issue with error messages being passed back from missing footnotes that could cause FEE View to stop processing.
General EDGAR Updates
– Updated to EDGAR 26.3.
– The “Hide CCCs” option will no longer mask empty CCCs.
– Corrected an issue that could cause the Reporting Owner library to no longer function.
– The application will now detect the rules of use page during automation and prompt for confirmation from the user.
Form 13F and SHO Updates
– The “Provide information pursuant to instruction 5” field has been corrected to be instruction 4.
– The Filer Name will now appear above the “Filer CIK/CCC” field after a lookup occurs or when the “Institutional Investment Management Filing This Report Name” field is edited elsewhere on the form.
– The “Hide CCCs” option will no longer mask empty CCCs.
– Updated the logic for “Title of Class” field to allow almost all UNICODE and ANSI characters.
Form 13H Updates
– The Filer Name will now appear above the “Filer CIK/CCC” field after a lookup occurs or when the “Name of Large Trader Filing This Form” field is edited elsewhere on the form.
– The “Hide CCCs” option will no longer mask empty CCCs.
Form 17-H
– The Filer Name will now appear above the “Filer CIK/CCC” field after a lookup occurs or when the “Name of Reporting Broker-Dealer” field is edited elsewhere on the form.

Form ATS-N Updates

– Corrected an issue that prevented Part 1 Item 9 from displaying properly on the proof.
– The “Hide CCCs” option will no longer mask empty CCCs.

– The background lookup of the filer will now properly work for this form. The “Firm Name” field will contain the name of the filer and the “Principal Office and Place of Business Address” will contain the filer address.
– The Filer Name will now appear above the “Filer CIK/CCC” field after a lookup occurs or when the “Firm Name” is edited elsewhere on the form.

N-CEN Updates

N-PORT Updates
– The Filer Name will now appear above the “Filer CIK/CCC” field after a lookup occurs or when the “Name of Registrant” field is edited elsewhere on the form.

N-PX Updates
– Corrected an issue for CSV import with encoded double quotes (introduced during improvements to the CSV data table class) where these quotes where not being properly processed and resulted in extra quote characters being inserted.
– Improved importing an information table from an XML file, including error reporting.
– CUSIP numbers are now automatically zero-filled if they are not blank and less than 9 characters during import and editing.
– The “Hide CCCs” option will no longer mask empty CCCs.
Form SDR Updates
– The Filer Name will now appear above the “Filer CIK/CCC” field after a lookup occurs or when the “Exact Name of Applicant as Specified in Charter” field is edited elsewhere on the form.

Form TA Updates

Regulation A Updates
– The Issuer Name will now appear above the “Issuer CIK/CCC” field after a lookup occurs or when the Issuer Name is edited elsewhere on the form.
– The Issuer Name on the “Preliminary Information” tab (1-Z variants) should now be automatically filled by the background lookup.
– The “Hide CCCs” option will no longer mask empty CCCs.
SCHEDULE 13D/G Updates
– The “Hide CCCs” option will no longer mask empty CCCs.
– The state or country for Item 1(c) on SCHEDULE 13D will now display as the full name.
Section 16 Updates
– Corrected an issue that could cause an internal error when proofing a Form 4 or 5 document.
– Added an error when the same footnote is referenced more than once on a single field.
PDF View and PDF Translate
– Corrected an issue that prevented hanging paragraphs from being exported if the zone was sized too large to the left of the paragraph.
Technical Notes (Legato)
– Added logic to deal with incomplete dialog style for the Test Dialog extension tool.
– Added the key name values to the inspector for cube dimensional variables to the C (Z) axis (planes) combo drop box control.
– Improved and expanded the SDK documentation for the PoolAppendAsPCData function.
– Added additional related functions to the ANSITextToXML function.
– Adjusted the resource dialog compiler to allow for control style values as numeric values.
– Changed the SetLastError function not to have a run time error (RTE) if the message buffer overflows.
– Added the option to provide a string representation of a value to the SGMLValueToTWIPS function as well as a formatted pvalue
