The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has announced a conference to discuss the filing process and data collection requirements for the Electric Quarterly Report (EQR) program. The two-day event is open to the public and will take place on Tuesday, February 9, and Wednesday, February 10, 2027, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
The conference is geared toward:
- Electric utilities and market participants that submit EQRs
- Software vendors and data providers that support EQR filings
- Regulatory and compliance professionals interested in changes to EQR reporting requirements
- Stakeholders interested in how FERC collects and uses wholesale electricity market data
