The FERC’s Office of Public Participation (OPP) will host a webinar to discuss how the public, including consumers and consumer advocates, may file official comments using FERC’s eFiling and eComment online applications. The seminar is intended to boost public interaction with the FERC’s processes and decision-making by providing the fundamentals of participating in the commenting process.
