New Release (5.22b) for the GoFiler Family of Products

Version 5.22b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains improvements and corrections to XDX and XBRL, as well as support for the most recent version of the ECD taxonomy. Additionally, the GoFiler Fee Exhibit Editor is no longer in beta preview only. See the release notes for more information.

SEC to Hold Second Annual Conference on Emerging Trends in Asset Management

The SEC’s Division of Investment Management has announced its second annual Conference on Emerging Trends in Asset Management, which will bring together academics, asset management industry participants, and regulators. The remote conference will take place on Thursday, May 16, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. The event is free and open to the public via live webcast on sec.gov.
