EDGAR Release 25.4

On December 22, 2025, EDGAR Release 25.4 implemented changes to the EDGAR Filing website, including updates to the Fee Exhibit Preparation Tool (FEPT), EDGAR APIs, the API Development Toolkit, and the Filer Management Website. GoFiler 6.4a Now Available

Version 6.4a of GoFiler has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 25.4. Corrections and improvements have been made to XDX and XBRL processing, including support for the SPAC 2025Q3 taxonomy.
