Information for Submitting Test Filings For N-PORT

The following information has been posted by the SEC in regards to constructing and filing test filings for N-PORT:

• Test filings will not be evaluated for legal compliance with the form requirements.
• Test filings will not be available for public viewing.
• Filers should not submit test filings between 3:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time each day.
• EDGAR will not accept Form N-PORT filings with greater than 500,000 holdings during the current testing period.
• Filers should not submit any personally identifiable information or information that filers wish to keep confidential.
• The SEC strongly encourages any filers performing test filings to create and submit fictional data.

The Form N-PORT editor has been available within GoFiler since April 2018 (added in version 4.22b).
