Version 4.25b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release brings Form ATS-N out of beta with all functionality completed. It also contains the new XBRL validation required by the EDGAR Filer Manual as well as a number of corrections and improvements to Page View and Form N-CEN View.

New Release (4.25b) for the GoFiler Family of Products

GoFiler Complete 4.25b
General Items
– Optimized the internal management of temporary files and internet cached files adding free space recovery and background thread protections.
– Corrected an issue with the RSS monitor which was caused the monitor to check the feed without waiting for the directed time interval.
General EDGAR Updates
– Added EDGAR Filer Manual validation for required XBRL facts.
– Added EDGAR Filer Manual validation for XBRL Document and Entity Information and EDGAR Project Data.
Form ATS-N Updates
– Form ATS-N is out of beta and ready for use.
– Documents can now be attached to XML/EIS ATS-N files.
– Added on-screen field sizes to the status bar.
– Users can now Live and Test file.
– Made improvements to the Send to EDGARLink Online function.
– Validation and proofing are complete.
N-PORT Updates
– Improved proofing for nested derivatives.
N-CEN Updates
– Corrected an issue where item C.21 would not always appear on the form.
– Corrected an issue where Part E would not always appear on the form when required.
Page View and HTML
– Added an option to remove incoming text color parameters when importing.
– Added a check to prevent a user from importing a file to a new window that would overwrite the source file.
XBRL
– Added INI option for naming of details presentations.
– Corrected an issue where the New XBRL Wizard was creating a fact for the smaller reporting company flag when the form type was set to 20-F or 40-F.
