GoFiler Complete 5.0c

General Items

–  Updated some legacy code that was not supporting Unicode filenames.

–  The Highlight inline XBRL facts option on the proof dialog now supports hidden facts.

Form ATS-N Updates

–  Corrected in issue with the Summary Page proof option.

Form D Updates

–  Made a change so that Form D files that are marked as test filings will have the Live/Test flag updated to live when they are opened.

Text View/ASCII

–  Adjusted key map on Text ribbon to remove conflicts and improve consistency.

–  Enabled the AutoCode to HTML function on the Text Ribbon for text files.

–  Added logic to allow leading or trailing spaces on the fill string for text leaders.

Page View and HTML

–  Corrected an issue with the default HR style (from W3C) to remove default inset border.

–  Added a warning message box on the Insert HR function.

–  Added a checkbox with a “check” style and renamed the “x” style checkbox item on the Insert Symbol menu.

–  The ‘auto’ value will now be rendered bettered when used as a width specification for table cells.

–  Added best practices warnings to the HTML validator for CSS Background-Color and Color for the HR element

XBRL View

–  Corrected an issue that would cause the Auto Add Dimensions button to pick an inappropriate element.

–  The Change Taxonomy function will now highlight elements that became deprecated in tan.

XDX

–  Improved the Auto tag option of the XDX Setup Wizard.

–  Added iXBRL options to the Element Display/Transformation dialog.

–  Corrected an issue with footnote processing when embedded custom elements were used.

–  Corrected processing of equity presentations with parenthetical information.

–  Corrected an issue that would cause code nesting issues when textual inline facts contained other numerical inline facts.

–  Improved automatic element selection for tables without structural information.

–  The Root Elements overrides now work properly for the Cover page presentations.

–  Labels should now appear in the properties dialog for block and inline engrams when appropriate.

iXBRL

–  Made some improvements and corrections to the Remove iXBRL function.
