GoFiler Complete 5.1d

General EDGAR Updates

–  When extracting project files from an SEC archived submission file, “.json” files will no longer be added to the project.

Form MA Updates

–  Corrected a validation issue for Form MA-I/A.

Section 16 Updates

–  Corrected an issue with paste that would not post processing for content changes.

–  Loading a document with incomplete footnotes will result in automatic footnote renumbering.

–  Saving a document with incomplete footnotes will now save the footnote content.

Form 13F Updates

–  Improved the log for the Conform Names to CUSIP DB function.

Text View/ASCII

–  Made improvements to the color coding of HTML and XML.

–  Corrected an issue with the revision marking function.

Page View and HTML

–  Added logic for processing ‘auto’ size on images as well as improvements image browse function.

–  Import improvements for copy/paste of short segments from Word.

–  Corrected issues for advanced properties within the Table Properties dialog.

–  Changed Paste Special “ANSI” to simply “Text” and Unicode is selected instead of ANSI. This improved copy and paste from applications or source with special characters.

–  Improved copy to translate to Unicode rather than ANSI thus improving copy and paste from GoFiler to other applications that do not accept HTML.

–  Made improvements and additional checks within HTML Validation.

–  Corrected an issue with certain colors for the Insert HR function.

–  Corrected some validation issues with DQC Rule 0044.

–  The validator will now ignore letter casing for the Entity Registrant Name to better match SEC behavior.

–  Added functionality to the Guides button on the View Ribbon so it toggles the visibility of grid lines.

–  Corrected an issue with underlines not showing up in the rendering of XBRL sheets in the editor.

–  Added additional support for Risk Return documents in the XDX Setup Wizard.

–  Improved processing of textual facts that are not HTML.

iXBRL

–  Corrected an issue where element and context information was not being loaded in explore dialogs.

–  Corrected an issue with false positives for missing contexts and elements on certain elements.
