Page View and HTML

–  Updated the HTML to XHTML function to convert both <R> tags and broken character entities (&ltR&gt) to EDGAR 20.3 CSS -sec-ix-redline style tags.

–  Made a number of improvements to the validation of character entities and added tests for defined private character areas.

XBRL View

–  The rr-ent (Risk Return entire) taxonomy is no longer allowed by the SEC. The application uses this taxonomy when the default linkbases option is used in Risk Return. As a result, the “RR 2018” option has been flagged as “no longer accepted”.

–  XFR files using this taxonomy are automatically converted to the “RR 2018 (no default linkbases)” taxonomy when they are opened.

–  DEI 2018 taxonomy is no longer allowed by the SEC. The application will automatically convert any Risk Return 2018 filing to use the DEI 2020 taxonomy.

–  When creating a new document, the role URIs for Risk Return presentations will automatically be set using the given namespace.

–  When creating a new “RR 2018 (no default linkbases)” file, the default risk return calculations are automatically applied to the XFR file.

–  When changing the namespace, any blank role URIs will be automatically generated for presentations that match the standard Risk Return presentation names.

–  Corrected some issues with the validation for DQC 0001 and DQC 0087.

XDX
