The SEC will be closed Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25 due to the closure of the federal government on these two days. The EDGAR System will not receive, process, or accept filings on either of these days. Filings with a due date of December 24 or December 25 will be considered timely if filed on or before December 28, which is the SEC’s next business day.

Christmas Hours
Please note that, in addition to the closure of the EDGAR system, the EDGAR filing websites will not be operational, and the Filer Support Call Center will not be open on either December 24 or December 25.
Novaworks will be closed on Thursday, December 24 for Christmas Eve and Friday, December 25 for Christmas Day. Regular phone and e-mail support hours, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern, will resume on Monday, December 28.
