On March 18, 2021, the FERC announced it will hold a technical conference to discuss resource adequacy developments in the Western Interconnection. The FERC is interested in engaging various regional perspectives to explore trends, challenges, and methods of continuing to ensure resources are adequately available in the Western Interconnection. {expires: 2021-06-25}
The conference will be held Wednesday, June 23, 2021 and Thursday, June 24, 2021. Each day it will occur from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. The conference will be held electronically over WebEx and broadcast on the FERC’s website. It will be freely open to the public. FERC will issue supplemental notices before the conference with additional details regarding the agenda and times, participant registration, and the format of the conference. Information on the conference will also be posted on the Calendar of Events on www.ferc.gov.
