In observance of the Juneteenth National Independence Day, and in treating that day as a federal holiday for filing purposes, the SEC has adjusted the dates of some filings submitted last week. The EDGAR system was closed on Friday, June 18, 2021 and resumed normal operations on Monday, June 21, 2021.
Filings submitted after 5:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, June 17, 2021, with a filing date of Friday, June 18, 2021, have been automatically adjusted in the EDGAR system to reflect a filing date of June 21, 2021.
