Scheduled maintenance will be performed on the Licensing and Registration server for the GoFiler Suite on February 21, 2022 at 2:00pm Eastern. Maintenance will last approximately one hour. During this time, the server will be unavailable and will not be able to validate software keys.
Software that has already been registered with the server will be unaffected. However, if your organization uses the /unregister command to move licenses between workstations or in conjunction with a terminal server, you will be unable to register and deregister software during this time. It is recommended that you do not unregister any software during the maintenance period as you will be unable to re-register the license until after maintenance is complete.
Software licenses that are provided on a subscription basis will not be able to validate licenses during this time. If you own subscription software (such as Go13 or software purchased on a payment plan), we recommend opening your software prior to the scheduled maintenance time to allow the software to validate itself to the server prior to maintenance. Software will not be able to validate its license while the server is undergoing maintenance so attempting to open any subscription software during the maintenance period will fail. However, software that has already been validated by the server will continue to run uninterrupted.
