GoFiler Complete 5.12b

General EDGAR Updates

–  Corrected the “Fee Table Included” drop down to no longer grey out the Fees and Offerings pages unless the form originally had “Fee Table in Prospectus”.

–  Corrected an issue where Fee data would not save if “Fee Table in Prospectus” was not “Yes”.

–  “Fee Table Included” is now marked as required for forms that require it.

–  The EX-FILING FEES exhibit is only required when the form has the “Fee Table Included” option and it is set to “Yes” or the form is on the list of forms in the appendix of the EFM.

N-PORT Updates

–  Corrected the coding in the proof to prevent unbalanced HTML tags.

Form 24F-2

–  Added a new import feature to import data from legacy text (ASCII) filings.

–  Added support to properly save forms that only have class names in the Annual Filing Information.

–  The application will now save the names of Series/Classes on the Series/Class page as comments in the XML/GFP.

–  Corrected and improved loading of the series and class information, including the names of the series and classes.

–  Made a number of improvements to the validation function.

–  The automatic calculation of “Net Value” on the Fees and Offerings page will now insert a 0 whenever the result is negative.

–  Fixed an issue that would cause the values for FEDWIRE and LOCKBOX to be switched.

–  When the investment company type is set to N-2, N-5, S-1 or S-3, or S-6 Item 2 on the Annual Filing Information page will only allow editing of “Class Name”.

–  Added background lookup for the Filer and Payor and set the Filing Information to display the Filer and Payor names.

–  The Fees and Offerings Page should now calculate fees when data is entered.

–  Improved the number of fields and data quality of the “Summary Page” option when proofing.

–  Changed the user friendly field names for the Payor CIK and Payor CCC fields to make it easier to identify the fields when they are being reported in error logs or on the proof.

–  The Hide CCCs proofing option is no longer tied to the Summary Page proofing option and will not hide payor CCC information as well as filer CCC information.

–  Corrected some issues with the underlying EDAC class that is used when importing.

–  Added logic to the previewer to catch presentations named as “Document - Auditor Information” or “Cover - Auditor Information”, so that when the previewer sidebar is created, it will be properly added to the cover page section of the rendering.

–  Improved the detection of beginning and ending balances on equity presentation to allow for more variations on wording.
