GoFiler Complete 5.15b

General EDGAR Updates

–  Added NSS support for many EDGARLink Online XML forms.

–  Corrected an issue that would cause the application to stay open in the background for more than 30 seconds while waiting for the NSS monitor to shutdown if the monitored location was inaccessible.

–  Marked Forms 15-12B and 15-12B as no longer accepted by the EDGAR system.

–  Corrected an issue that prevented the “Proposed Maximum Aggregate Offering Price” field from being saved on Form F-10EF.

– The Send to EDGARLink Online function has been updated to support additional form types. Form ATS-N, Form N-CEN, Form MA, Form SDR, Form TA, Form 17H, and Form X17 are all now supported.

Form ATS-N Updates

–  Corrected the header of the proof to match the type of ATS-N filing being proofed.

–  The proof will use the name of the filer provided in the filer information of Form ATS-N instead of the name retrieved from the EDGAR system when displaying content on Part III and Part IV.

–  Made improvements to the validation when multiple exhibits are attached to the filing.

–  Added support for VIP 2022.

–  Improved the list of taxonomies within the application to better indicate which taxonomies are from the same year.

–  Corrected an issue that would prevent the raw fact data from showing for some custom elements when exporting to Excel.

–  Added cursory auto tagging for the cover pages for Forms N-3, N-4, and N-6.

–  Improved the list of taxonomies that appears when choosing a taxonomy to better indicate the taxonomies that are currently supported by the SEC.

–  Corrected an issue that would cause the application to omit the iXBRL header section.

iXBRL

–  Corrected an issue with the ixt:numdotdecimal transformation that caused it to copy the incorrect data to the output if the fact was surrounded by other iXBRL tags.

–  Added the start of programmable Data Type based fact validator.

–  Added logic to remove leading and trailing spaces from dates for the ixt:datemonthdayyear transform.

–  Improved error message required context cross check for EntityRegistrantName, EntityCentralIndexKey and DocumentType facts being on the same non-dimensional context.
