The Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee was established under the Small Business Advocate Act of 2016. The Committee provides a formal means for the SEC to receive guidance on rules, regulations, and policy matters concerning small businesses, including smaller public companies. The Committee meets quarterly and all meetings are open to the public.
